States like W.Va,Ky one has to pay their yearly personal property taxes on real estate and all vehicles before getting a new set of plates. Paying more on just their vehicles alone , than what I do on my home in TN. Originally had wanted to move to Benten,Ky it quickly became a no brainer. Havnt regretted it either. Strangely no clunkers hardly at all on the road with no inspection what so ever,w,va and ky have them but all kinds of unsafe vehicles on the road????
