Darth.... Do me a favor and go run the numbers on all the phoenixs at the board on bbc and see what you come up with. My rpms and speed is right and as far as I know the pitch is too but if it was a larger pitch prop I would not. Be ab le to turn it 6200 rpms I wouldn't think. My light setup is 78.6 at 6200 rpms with the 24 raker, run those and see what u get.
