Lets see...ok...Earl Bentz came from Hydra Sports and started Stratos around 84...or so Then Bentz sold Stratos to OMC I think like 89....Then comes Gary Clouse (now Phoenix) and Alan Stinson...Javelin started around late 80s early 90s....what a mix of design....probably a little of all 3...Alan Stinson was pure responsible of the XL series of Stratos....his crown jewel was in 02 with the rare Stratos ASX....limited edition.. I maybe a little off but close...
