I say, drop the water and food from helicopters, this way our personel doesnt have to have security teams, no body gets hurt but the haitins, if they want to fight over it....they need to get food and water...and medical care.... Drop it now! set up points of distrubution later.................... once again, to much beauracy to get the stuff out, god knows , its there!!
