Right on Kipp. In reality-- when I go to the coast lakes that are 10' to 100 ft. elevation I have to"plug" the open hole. Fishing around my house at about 12oo ft. is should be half shut. Tournament time with the livewell full-- I open it back up. I know it's alot of messing around but some of our lakes are 4800 ft.:D
