7 years ago My dad and I were fishing a tournament the first year that I started tournament fishing. He has an Avalanch and backing the trailor down with the boat on was easy. But backing the trailor down without the boat I couldn't hardly see the trailor. I ended up jack-knifing it. (for those that know Mark Twain Lake it was at Robert E Allen ramp so there was plenty of room to do this.) Anyway, I pulled forward took my time (I was new at backing trailors then) got the trailor there no problem the 2nd try. I got the last laugh that day as the dumbass that jack knifed the trailor and gave 68 boats a laugh won the tournament. Just shows you don't have to know how to back a trailor in to fish :first: this was my first tournament win of many to come after!
