I don't know about unemployed crackheads and hookers, they're not in my circle of friends, you'd have to enlighten me on the numbers. I'm not saying I was behind the program, because I wasn't! But I do know a disabled millworker that was able to get a decent vehicle and had to jump through all kinds of hoops with paperwork in order to get his stupid little PT Cruiser! I'm not saying junk yard cars weren't put into the program, but after watching what Jim went through to get his car, I'd say it didn't happen too terribly often with responsible dealers. With dealers that were willing to play games with the system, I don't know about that either. I don't do business with them either. Steve
