Found a 25P 13 1/2" Renagade 4 blade used. Paid 200 it was flawless. Threw it on boat, went out and it performs a lot better. Still same speed, but planes alot quicker. Still having low speed issues when just cruising around lake.(below 6 mph) I think the plate has to go down. I only have 5-7 psi water pressure. when it was on the dyno it was 25 psi plus. Just wish I could find some one local who has been through this to go out and get her dialed in. Gonna lower the plate 1/2" see what that does this week end. Thanks Guys for all the help.
