Now for ribs it takes time
I don't have a smoker right now....don't know why
I usually for now do them on the top rack of a gas grill
spray them with a lemon, hot sauce and vinegar mist
then dump a bunch of bar b que sauce and wrap um in foil
Its about 3 to 4 hrs total time
got to get another smoker and some good rub!!!!
