If you had to start all over. And could get only one rod. What would it be? Casting, flipping, worm, etc. What action rod would you get to fish all round.? Medium, med-heavy, or heavy? What tip on the rod? What eyes on the rod?
I'm asking because I am going to get a new rod for Christmas. I have cheap tackle now and will get a nice rod. Will spend around $100 +/- on it. I want to start changing out my rods and I think an all round rod would be the best place to start. Remember I fish mostly a clear deep lake. Bait casting or spinning I use both.
I know every body has theirs brand. So let the list begin.
