We have incorporated a new help desk ticket system.
We have done this to expedite your request, problems or concerns.
This is a two fold problem that is now rectified...
All tickets will be forwarded to our Admiralty Staff.......
Depending on the circumstance, you ticket response will not be long....
This also allows us not to let any tickets fall thru the cracks without being answered...
This will make everybodies job a lot smoother....
So if you have a problem , Simply Click on "Contact Us" or the "HelpDesk Forum", in either case you will be forwarded to our help desk system, and you will also be notified via email of any responses.
