Last season I purchased strips that have spring clips spaced along the length.
They came with self stick anchors that accommodate ty-wraps to hold the strip.
That does not work well.
Option two was to use contact cement on strips of wood with the clip strips screwed to the wood. That almost worked until the heat over came the contact cement.
My last resort now is to drill and bolt the wood strips to my rod/storage locker lids and deal with the bolt heads exposed on the deck carpet.
Unless, you guys have better ideas?
