not sure if im posting this in the right forum but not sure where this would fit. i would like to start fishing more tournements (right now i usually just fish my company event in the fall). anymore there dont seem to be very many clubs in my area, at least not like there used to be. i have checked into a couple of clubs around here and the membership costs and entry fees seem really high too me. from what i have seen its looking like several hundred dollars to start with and then $100 to $200 per tourey there after. thats really out of my budget for now, i would like to compete but i dont need to win a $1500 prize for first (assuming that i would have a chance to win one sometime lol). my wife and i did try to get a couples club going a couple of years ago but never could get it off the ground
