The housing mrkt has gained some ground and has come up,as a result some stocks are as well.
This doesnt mean go out and buy real estate stock,tradionally it always rose some in the summer with a slump towards fall.
Ive always had some in commercial real estate but due to the recent slump revested I bonds so I wouldnt lose it all,commerical or business real estate is more sound but still not viable as a major investment yet,but promising.:wallbash:
