Going to mount a new transom mount transducer this evening and I need opinions one more time where to mount. The instructions state at least 15" front the prop but this conflicts with where you guys advised to mount it last time I asked. You guys advised me to mount near the livewell drains, but I am thinking it will be too close to the prop. My idea is to mount to the right of where the bumper is in the pic. Please let me know if this is OK?
