I was watching a Navionics video talking about how they have "surveyed" lakes. I was wondering if anyone knows how they actually survey the lakes.
Do they take a boat out and drive it up and down the lake in a pattern and record readings from a depthfinder or do they do it by satellite now? Just one of those things I was curious about.
