ok here is what im pondering today. i was watching hook-n-look today before my wife has to leave for work and i go to visit family in the city. they were fishing fluke style baits and catching bedding smallmouth. that got me to thinking about how i used to fish various fluke style baits quite a bit, and would even fish a tube in a similar style rigged on a swimbait hook. since i began fishing senkos and other style stickworms (big bite trick sticks being my favorite) that has all changed. now i still carry flukes in the boat but seldom rig one up. im wondering if there are subtle differences in application of one vs the other that im over looking. anyone else have thoughts on the subject?
