What those guys in Washington look like
Here they are recently caught on camera,they are camera shy and do operate sort of in the dark areas,trying to keep you there as well.

No I didnt cut top ones head off he had it hung down in shame I think.Were actually 4 but one flew the coop,as I was taking their mug shots.
