Personally I wouldn’t own a boat that didn’t chine walk (V6 Bass boat and up) As dangerous as it can be It’s an indicator point that the hull is performing just past it’s maximum capability. Engine height , engine setback, prop selection, and seat time all are equally important in keeping chine walk in check..

You can run’em a little flatter and get great results on top end and handling.
