Bass Boat Hand Rails

Does anyone put hand rails on an aluminum bass boat? I ask because my new Lowe FM165 deep v has been sitting in the garage since Christmas and watching my 5 year twin boys climbing all over it I was wondering if the rails would help keep them in the boat and give a hand hold while motoring.

I was looking at the Ranger-Style Hand Rails at Cabelas?
