1995 Stratos Fuel filter location?

I have a 1995 Stratos 285 pro xl with an 175 evinrude. I would like to know if anyone has the location for the fuel filters. I looked on the motor and my fuel tanks are under my seats. I am noticing a vapor lock like experience. It comes and goes but need to address. I am going to replace the filters and fuel lines since this boat has set up for awhile......... Thanks in advance
