Any ideas would be greatly apreciated. My merc will not run worth a flip when I put it in the water. It will crank fine and idle for a while and then it will go dead. If I just crank it up and gun it, it will nearly get on plane and die. I have to do this for about an hour and then it will go. Once it gets on plane and runs for a minute, it doesn't give me any trouble for the rest of the day. Next time I take it out, it is the same thing all over again. Had it at the shop and the compression is perfect. The only thing they could find was some of the plugs were fouled. When I got it back from the shop it ran fine for the first trip and then all this started. PLEASE HELP!!!!
