Will it Hit?

Got a spare tire for the trailer this morning and I am now installing a spare tire carrier. I tried several places on the trailer but there was always a problem with either being in the way of the swing away tounge or being to close to the winch handle. I'm going to try and install the carrier here (as shown in the pictures) but I'm worried the boat may hit it when it rolls off the trailer during launch or when I'm recovering it. I didn't bolt it all the way on yet in case I have to remove it. What does everyone think. Will it hit or is there enough clearance? View attachment 2594
