I was settin here lookin at pics of fish thinkin I need to thaw some out tonite and fry em up tomorrow for lunch, I got some good walleye from our trip to Minnesota this yr.
I use pancake mix and cajin seasoning and it has the rite spice with a little sweet at the same time!
Im frying fish tomorrow at noon if ya want to stop by guys and have fried fish, potato's, and onion's served hot off tomorrows newspaper!!
Let me know how much to thaw out.
