Hydrofoil technology has been around since the early 1900s, but it always looks like something out of a science fiction movie. The Quadrofoil, a lightweight and modular watercraft from the company of the same name, is no exception. This two-person watercraft contains an all-electric outboard motor and sits atop carbon-fiber C-foils.
