The following is from a email that my mother-in-law sent from an admidtily liberal but factual group. If even remotely true this is outrageous, its not bad enough they rape their customers but now they want to take from some of the neediest people on the planet right now. This isn't tax money we're talking about this is out of the pockets of ordinary Americans like us. The least the CC companies could do is just pass ALL the money on. How greedy can you get?
