Here is a story from CNN describing how people will start using their cell phones instead of their credit cards to make payments. The phones will eventually store insurance information, drivers license, credit cards, bank cards and just about everything else. You will wave your phone at the register to pay or in front of an atm to get money. They expect this to start increasing dramatically this year.
Anyone like this idea or are you somewhat nervous as I am that someone will swipe the phone signal and start withdrawing funds from your account or steal information? Sounds like a good idea in a perfect world but we all know the world is less than perfect.
