What's your favorite kind, size, and color spinner to use.

I have probably caught more fish on a Rooster Tail than any other lure I own. Now that doesn't mean that I use them constantly. I've used these spinners for 25 years, and if the bite is slow, that's the first thing I reach for. Normally, if there's fish there, they'll hit a Rooster Tail. I start out with the 1/6 oz. to see what I'm dealing with. Depending on the size of fish we're in depends on whether I change sizes of the lure or not. You can catch just about any kind of fish on these spinners if you use the right size. I'll use the 1/4 oz a lot too. Very seldom so I go bigger than the 1/4 oz, but it happens sometimes. My favorite color is the silver bladed/white/gray w/white skirt. But they have a tremendous amount of colors to these things. If you haven't tried one, tie it on, and hang on.

Tip: If you use them with spinning tackle, use a swivel. They will twist your line badly without the swivel, and it really causes problems for a spinning reel. I prefer the spinning tackle with them myself.
