Down here on Lake Fork Tx a guy caught a 18.5 lb bass while he was crappie fishin as the fish hit the crappie that he had on the line now the fish was not allowed into the texas sharelunker program which requires the fish to be 16 lb plus to qualify but was not qualifed because it was caught on live bait I take this is not a issue with a world record fish since it was caught using live bait is this true?
