Thought I’d post a funny but completely TRUE story that happened to me just last night…
I was out cutting the grass with my push mower and an older gentleman stopped on the sidewalk to say hello. He held out his hand to congratulate me on the birth of our son on the 27th of April.
He then says “I see you’re getting plenty of practice in for being a parent”. He said this as he was motioning with his hands what I thought was the similarity of pushing a mower VS pushing the baby stroller.
So I said “Well I got plenty of practice pushing the stroller with my first born but a little extra practice couldn’t hurt!”…
To which he replied “NO! I mean practice with that second Part Time Job you’re going to need when he starts breaking all your shit!”
