Every year I always make a mental note such as this......This year I am going to get better at such and such a technique.....
This year I have decided on better acquainting myself with the drop shot technique. I have played around with it some but havent gotten comfortable with it enough to really have confidence in it.
I have had some EXCELLANT tuteledge by one of our VERY OWN her explain a few things about the technique...the main thing that I have picked up so far is I have actually been fishing it in the wrong water.......which very well maybe why I havent had good success with it.
I normally fish water that has a pretty heavy stain to it.from what I have read the water needs to be more clear to slightly stained to actually have good success with it.
