Need help with some trailer parts

I am still a newb when it comes to some of this stuff. Anyway I need to know what this part is called and if I can buy a direct replacement or if I am going to have to find someone to weld me a new one? As you can see it was bent by a previous owner. The guy I bought it from didn't mind it as is. But I would like to get it fixed. I know that is the Keel roller or something but it appears I should be able to find a whole replacement? I am going to get a new winch as well.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
