My motor is stuck down and still at the lake. Help me bring it home.

I bought a boat a few months ago with an '86 Evinrude 110 on it. I have been to the lake several times with minor problems. Tonight when I got back to the ramp, the motor would not tilt up due to some sort of electrical problem. The hydraulic pump stopped working for one reason or another. I am assuming that there has to be a manual way to raise the motor. Does anyone know of a release valve somwhere?
