There was 9% more water opened to fishing in the gulf. All of this comming about as prime fishing season is winding down. One company on a t.v. interview out of Florida said their business right now is down 70+% from this time last year. That stinking oil is going to cause trouble for years to come. They are afraid that the customers that couldn't be here this year will move on to other places and be gone for good.
