Livewell Pump Short

I seems that one of my livewell pumps keeps blowing a fuse. The other one is fine. I rewired the pump, and still, the fuse blows. I have checked the wire for grounding issues and for any exposed wire, but did not find anything. Do you all have any idea's on how I can narrow my search for the problem?
