Light Lure baitcasters

I'm trying to get off the spinning rod as much as possible and save it more for very light lures and was wondering what type of baitcasting rod someone would suggest for Senkos, trick worms, speed worms and skinny dippers. I'm still fishing these in the weeds and I want to use a baitcaster with like 10-12 lb test because the water is clear. The spinning has been good but it just doesn't have the same hook setting and reel speed to catch up to a fish.
