The boat I bought today has no Anchor. 
& later I was at my local tackle shop today & saw they had some 15 pound anchors for sale & 100' lines..
But as I started talking with the guy there, he started telling me how he recommends using two of them....?
One in front & at the back of the boat.
& then he also started telling me about the different kinds of anchors available & that got me realizing...... Damn!
I've got lots to learn about boating..
What do you use & why?
He also mentioned something about dropping anchor & moving around till it grabs? ( but then how do you release it? I asked & he said some time you have to just cut the line. )
what works best where & how do you figure out what weight to use?
& what else is there to anchors that I've not mentioned?
