Smithville:

83 degrees, clear; catfish good using nightcrawlers, sunfish and shad with some being taken on stinkbaits, trotlines and limb lines; walleye fair using jigs, nightcrawlers and crankbaits; largemouth bass fair using spinnerbaits, jigs, buzzbaits and some success using crankbaits and stickbaits; crappie fair using minnows with jigs tipped with Crappie Nibbles in 4-6' of water; all other species slow.
