Installing BEP battery disconnect switch

Okay, here's one for the resident 12V electrical Guru's. I just purchased a BEP 701 Battery Disconnect Switch (small on/off switch). The package instructions are rather vague. The battery I intend to use the switch on has leads for engine start, tilt/trim, accessories panel master switch, & on board battery charger. I figure to install the switch on the negative leads side & run all but the on board battery charger through it. Any thoughts are welcomed.
