Hi Guys
I am having some trouble with my 898cixsi unit.
I was out last week and a few things happened. first the depth kept changing from 8' to 98' or 198' and then back but the screens were always changing so you had to wait for info to get back on the screen.
next the GPS screen was white it showed our track but not blue like it should have been it kept saying no gps fix, but the speed worked fine.I updated software last week to 6.640 and updated the navionics maps thinking that might be the problem ( had navionics tech s assistance while updating maps)
I am going on our yearly trip on the 10 june would like to have this fixed.
Another problem with my trolling motor depth finder ( humminbird 365 I thinK)
read fine when trolling motor was not running but would read 600 ' or 498' supid stuff but would return to proper depth when you turned off trolling motor
