I'm in the market for a boat, Its main purpose will be for fishing all my local lakes.
Yet the more I look around the more options I see available for a boat.
90% of the time it will be just my wife & myself fishing in the boat.
Yet I want to be able to take at least two people with us in the boat from time to time.
I know my step son has developed a love for fishing & when ever he wants to go I want to able to legally & comfortable fit him in the boat.
The more I look around I see that most BassBoats seem to be designed for two people.?
I'm leaning more towards aluminum becuase they can take more abuse.
Yet wonder if I'll end up preferring the faster speeds a glass boat will allow me?
This will be my very fist boat ever.
Beside's whatever I end up buying, my only experience with boats are the little 14 foot rentals available at my local lake for the day.
Being I mentioned the rentals are 14 foot, make me want to point out I'm thinking about buying a boat around 16/17 feet.
