I was talking to some people the other day and found out about 2 houses that are being forclosed on around my area. 1st house is rock with a shop and barn, 18 acres, and fenced in already. They don't have a price set on it yet but it is a great looking piece of property. House and barn needs some work but nothing major.
The 2nd is a full brick 1900sqft, hardwood floors, more damage on the inside because it has been vacant for a long time and could be trouble. It is on 10 acres with a barn and I think it is fenced but I couldn't tell because it was so grown up. Asking price for this one is 49,900. Great price if it isn't to bad as far as the structure goes. Bottom line is I think my little butt will be moving PRETTY SOON.
