This is pretty funny so long as it doesn’t happen to you. True story from folks who work with my wife.
This story likely happened because of the ongoing rise of price for gasoline. The kitchen table conversations about filling the gas tank prompted the 4 yr old boy into action. They suspect the boy was pretty observant at the gas station and a few times dad even let him hold the hose. Well, by now you may have guessed…..at home the boy came hollering through the house for dad to come see what he was helping him out…..”hurry, dad, hurry”…..and the happy dad followed to see what was up. OMG…..as he ran behind the kid to the driveway where the garden hose was hanging into the gas tank and overflowing!!
