Ethanol e10

Ethanol e10 is what the local Citgo has posted at the 93 octane pump that I filled my boat up on yesterday morning. I did a little test with my handy dandy ethanol percent checker and came up with a 5% reading. Just goes to show that we stll not getting what we pay for..I checked this same fuel (93 octane) at the same pump 3 weeks ago it had a reading of 2%..
