Good morning all, as we're sitting around our computers enjoying a cup of coffee, I have a question.

I have spent a lot of time in hot climates, and sometimes in everyone life we have been exposed to conditions of intense heat.

For many years I have been told that coffee and other caffeinated beverages promoted dehydration.

This morning as I was reading the news on Yahoo, I came across an article about coffee helping in weight loss and it also states The most ecologically valid of the published studies offers no support for the suggestion that consumption of caffeine containing beverages, as part of a normal lifestyle, lead to fluid loss in excess of the volume ingested or is associated with poor hydration status

My question is, do you drink coffee all day, or do you just have a few cups in the morning before heading out to either your day to day job or your weekly chores around the house.

Stay safe at whatever you are doing today.
