Have you ever thought .....jeesh I wish I could have been better in high school football..........or wish that you had the resources to pursue drag racing but it just cost so dang much.

Look at it this way........you are involved in a sport that has NO BOUNDARYS at all. As soon as you can hold a rod you can fish. You dont have to have a 70k new bass rig to enjoy our sport. Shoot you dont even have to have a boat.

Anyone with a hankering to get out and do something can jump on in and have a ball enjoying the sport that we picked. Its that simple.

For me as a little kid.......LOL and that was a LONNNNNG time ago I remeber walking the banks of the Goldsmiths hole......a place on the creek in southern Mo and I found a Lazy Ike.....in a perch pattern......and wondered how a bass could be attracted to a peice of wood. Well I tied that thing on on my Zebco 202 rod and reel and found out . From then on I was hooked. The anticipation and the thrill of fooling mother nature with a pice of wood or plastic or metal for that matter is what fuels my passion for the sport. Of course there is the common bond that we ALL......age 6 or 60, well off or struggling to make it, no one cares of your ethnic back ground......in fact no one cares about anything .......just the fact that You love to fish.......

Hmmmmmmm I think they oughta put a struggling fisherman into the presidents office...just think about that.
