As I notice more & more little rips in my boats carpet, I ponder the idea of one day replacing it.
& then I was thinking about beaching the boat yesterday to go walk around a bit & realized I'll be dragging mud back into the boat & having to clean it up.
Then I realized how much nicer it would be to hose out the interior of the boat if it was done up with a soft sort of bed liner instead of carpet.
like I have done to my Ford Bronco.
Is this a common practice or maybe a bad idea for some reason?
