... there's a bit of a problem... Dealer has absolutely no props. I'm in the heart of salt water fishing, trawlers n' XL shafts. 24" is a "BIG" wheel!

Those are but a few of the things I heard today...
But I will have a prop come Friday. Appointment is set.
Good thing I don't do this crap for a livin'! Read Telflex manual. Looked at pictures - hoses go on this way. Put hoses on that way.... starting bleeding and "thought" hey that's wrong! Swapped'em... bled it. Much later realized "Cylinder moves not shaft - DUH!" Swapped hoses... bled it - again.
Pulled side control - swapped cable. Installed side control. Testing... ain't working right. Try everything to "center" control it either bottoms out on forward or reverse... Mmmmmm...<BLINK... on coming bulb light> When I reinstalled cable the contol unit was upside down... hooked shifter cable to throttle arm. Uninstalled side control.... swap cable... re-install side control.
Gauges show up tomorrow. Hope I don't install'em in the riggin' area!
