Just got back in a hour ago from Guntersville, lots of guys doing some pre-fishing for the upcoming TX.
Yesterday the bass were on like Donky Kong but today was a completely different story. I was fishing in eye shot of 6 Pro's and didn't see a one of them pull a fish inside of 2 hours. We were all working the small islands and the fish finders were showing tons of fish ... but not much for bites.
I hooked a pretty good one about 30 feet from the boat and almost got the net under her when she spit the rig and swam away. I was throwing a 11" worm in the grass when that one hit.
We thru everything at them we had to throw ... but no go.
We've had a ton of rain and I'm sure the salinity and muddy water is playing a negative part but just don't understand why they were ON yesterday and not today.
:wallbash: Sheet happens I rekon
