Anybody installed their own tub in the front deck for the TM pedal? Looking at the EVO, I got to wondering what there might be directly under the front deck that may not be a good thing to be cut into (unknowingly). After all day on the front deck, I feel like the "wax on -wax-off" kid, doing the stork or crane (whatever) move, balancing on one foot all day.
My newly padded deck did wonders for my back last year and I suspect one of these pedal pits might also be an enhancement on spinal discomfort. I should have thought of this before I re-carpeted but I can improvise and adapt if this would work.
Fyi: My hull is an '89 so nobody had come up with these items yet and sure wouldn't have engineered the deck for their use.
